Canine Climber was created in 4 days for Solent MegaJam 2018.
The theme of the Jam was “Mans Best Friend”.
The premise of the game is to climb your dog to the top of the statue, setting the new highest height. The movement of the dog joints is done using the 2D IK system in Unity and rigidbodies. The rigidbodies have forces applied to them to manipulate the limbs. The effector for each limb also has a Joint system attached to it to prevent the effector from moving to far away.
This game was made in Unity and used InControl for Input Handling
